Innovation

 Fighting Style
– ABS, like Zelda a lil’ bit.

 Weapon/ability upgrades
– This is always a plus when its seen in games;
the onset of new abilities or new abilities that
become tied into you weapons or vice versa.
This will enhance the aspect of character
development.

 Night Club fighting
– An aspect that would tie into making the game
more urban; how cool would it be to be hanging out in a night club (or even dancing for that matter) and suddenly have to bust out in battle against your enemy? Hmm..use your imagination.

 Teamwork/Communication
– Adding the concepts of teamwork to gameplay.
Possibly with commands in certain game events,
but making it an integral part of the storyline;
giving the player a sense of team and friendship.

 Urban Music
– Urban music does not mean rap or hip-hop.
But opposed to using the average fantasy,
happy, tunes that vary throughout the game,
why not make the music flow? We will make the
music truly match the events in the game.
This lets the music enhance the game,
making the player feel more into the game.

 Puzzles
– Common game aspect but intrigues and
takes the user out of the game for a brief moment.

 Panoramic Views
– Wide angle views would add a cool effect to
games. They have been used in movies and
been a success, why not games? Innovation.

 Reputation (changes storyline)
– This idea has recently been added into some
games but the concept here is to have it change
the storyline (one event triggers another or
certain conditions alter a different event).
The reputation can change based of the
player’s reaction to situations and their speed
in completing a battle or mission or lack thereof.
It allows replayability. of the game while also
giving the player choices making the game
more intriguing as a whole.

 Clan/groups
– Closely ties into the aspect of teamwork and
communication, in a sense you move those clans,
those groups that you roll with online into
single player, into the storyline. Those close
teammates (simulated of course) are in the
game with you; your team, your comrades,
your friends. They aid you in and outside of
battle. This aspect captivates the player and
draws them once again into the game
without the need to go online.

 Replays
– Seen all the time in fighting games, but in
action and adventure? It could be a nice new
twist, now the replays won’t be long but seeing
that last move that you blow the boss away
with might be interesting and cool.
